Log in to your Game Vault account and go to Account Settings to update your email address or other personal details. For changes to your registered mobile number (used for OTP verification), you'll need to contact support@gamevault.ws as mobile number changes require identity verification. This is a security measure to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

Game Vault requires identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. You'll need to upload a clear photo or scan of your Pakistani National ID Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid Pakistani passport. The verification is typically processed within 24 hours. Deposits & Withdrawals

A cooling-off period is a temporary break from Game Vault — you choose the duration (from 24 hours up to 6 weeks) and your account is suspended for that period.
